Founded in 1987 and based in San Francisco, California, MMC provides consulting services to art, history, and science museums, theaters, zoos, and other nonprofit cultural institutions throughout the United States and abroad.

MMC staff members have had experience, not only as consultants, but also in cultural organizations as trustees, directors, curators, and educators.
